RadioFreeAmerica.fr is published by an expatriate American living in Marseille, France. He grew up in South Texas but left the USA to live aboard in 1990, first in Taipei, Taiwan, and, since 1995, in Paris, France. He is now a naturalized French citizen and calls the port city of Marseille home.
